Randal "Randy" Joe Bulgerin, age 63 of Seguin, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 16, 2023. Randy was born on July 2, 1960, in San Antonio, Texas to Joyce Evelyn (Stewart) and Bobby Joe Bulgerin.

Randy was a member of the Seguin High School graduating class of 1979.  He enjoyed reconnecting with many people on Social Media platforms, where he posted many great memories on "You Know You're from Seguin".  He enjoyed many trips to Colorado.  Music and Movies were his favorite pastimes.  He put together many music clips, many of which were from the band, Little Joe and the Wranglers, and worked many years both at the Palace Theatre and Texas Theatre.  He loved studying the History of Seguin.

Randy is preceded in death by his beloved wife of 37 years, Patricia Ann Bulgerin, his parents, and his stepmother Geri Bulgerin.

Survivors include his daughter, Jennifer Bulgerin; sisters, Judy Sagebiel and husband Jim, Becky Mays, and husband Bryan and Pam Smith and husband George; sister-in-law, Bobbie Maddox and husband Marvel, numerous other nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, other loving family members and friends.

Private family services are being planned for a later date with private interment to be held in Dugger Cemetery.
