Raymond Scott "Scotty" Perkins, age 28, of Seguin, passed away on August 7, 2016. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, August 14 at 1:00 p.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel with Rev. Tom Jones officiating. Scotty was born on November 13, 1987 in San Antonio, Texas to Connie Perkins-Brown. Scotty had a wonderful sense of humor; he loved to entertain his family and friends with his stand-up comedy routines. He loved music and playing video games. He also had big dreams of becoming a MMA fighter. Scotty was a kind and sensitive person and will be greatly missed by his loving family. He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Roy Golson. Scotty is survived by his loving mother, Connie Perkins-Brown; siblings Lila and Cougar Brown; grandmother, Barbara Griffin and husband Kirk; great aunt and uncle, Helen and Jerry Nalls; devoted dogs Polly, Bo, and Mo, and beloved goat, Buddy.
