Richard Abrameit, age 79 of Seguin, passed away on September 8, 2015. Private family services will be held. He was born on February 4, 1936 in Seguin to Fritz and Mary Lee (Vollmar) Abrameit. He is preceded in death by his parents, brother Donald Abrameit, sister Josephine Wahl, and son-in-law Francisco Ledesma. He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Lana Abrameit; children Sheila Mundine and husband John, Becky Warncke and husband Randy, Ricky Abrameit and wife DeAnne , Sharon Bierstedt and Blake Bierstedt, Bryan Abrameit, Julie Ledesma; grandchildren D.J. Hart, Misti Guenther and husband Ben, Zach Abrameit, Brooke Abrameit, Brittney Church and husband Steve, Johnathan Bierstedt and wife Dawn, Kristi Ranft and husband Derek, Lisa Bierstedt, Georgia Rose Abrameit, Bryan Allen Abrameit, Jr., Sunny Marie Abrameit, Morgan Ann Abrameit, Marlana Marie Ledesma, Francisco Ledesma II, Malissa Victoria Ledesma; numerous great-grandchildren; siblings, Betty, Dorothy, Mary, Roy, Fritz; beloved cat Sugar, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. Richard was an avid outdoorsman. When he was not at work, he would be found hunting, fishing, or spending time at the coast. Memorial Contributions may be made to charity of one's choice.
