Dr. Robert Douglass "Bob" Hill, age 89 of Seguin, passed away on October 15, 2014. Bob was born on June 20, 1925 in Fort Worth Texas to Christopher and Amelia (Bowen) Hill. Bob proudly served his country in the United States Navy during World War II. He attended Medical School at Tulane University. He loved caring for children and was a Pediatrician. He enjoyed wood carving and playing tennis. Bob is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Marian Artzt. He is survived by his loving wife Penny; daughters, Elizabeth Ann, Catherine, Amy and Lorey; sons, Stephen and Shaun; nephews, Timoth and Jamey, and Joe, Chris, and Robert Worrall. An Irish Wake will be held on Saturday, November 15, 2014 at 2 p.m. at 4881 Windmill Prairie in Seguin.
