Paul Robert Hoover, Jr., age 64 of Durant, passed away on April 23, 2017 in Seguin, Texas. Robert was born in Hershey, PA on April 23, 1953 to Paul Robert and Ruth (Brandt) Hoover. Robert begin his career in construction at a young age, eventually becoming a building superintendent on construction sites. Robert loved his work, as it took him all over the country. When he was home, he considered himself a chef, and he enjoyed cooking for his wife, Debra and his beloved baby, Scooter Majorly. Robert is preceded in death by his parents, and one brother. He is survived by his loving wife of 17 years, Debra; children, Angela, Valerie, Steve, and Michael; step-daughters, Jennifer and Jessica; sister, Dianne Schaeffer. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
