Robert Roger Stansberry, III, age 69 of Seguin, passed away on April 27, 2021.  Roger, as he was known, was born in Seguin, Texas on December 20, 1951 to Maxine Ella (Naumann) and Robert Roger Stansberry, Jr.  He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force.  Roger played chess via snail mail with pen pals all over the globe.  He always enjoyed a good cigar and a beer!

His parents and sister, Marcia Stansbery preceded him in death.  Survivors include his sister, Janet Stansberry; several cousins and friends.

Graveside services and interment with military honors will be held on Friday, May 21, 2021 at 9:15 a.m. at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio with the Rev. Kelsie Theiss officiating.  Face coverings are requested.
