Rosemary Bailey, age 86 of Seguin, passed away on August 16, 2023.  Rosemary was born on September 11, 1936, in Hertfordshire, England to Sarah and John Green.

Rosemary is preceded in death by her husband, CMSgt Darrel Denis Bailey, USAF (Ret.), her son-in-law, William Sanders Dillard, her parents, and nine brothers.

Survivors include her daughters, Karen Dillard, and Connie Bailey and husband Allen Todd; granddaughters, Courtney Torres and husband George, Jennifer Nyman and fiancé Mark Summerson, Sydney Nyman and partner Eunice Quiroz, and Crystal Bailey and partner DeShawn Moore; great-grandchildren, Julian Nyman, Cheyenne Torres, Georgie Torres, and Miranda Torres.

Private services will be held at a later date.
