Ruby Maxwell Crowell, age 88 of Seguin, passed away on July 19, 2011. Private family graveside services will be held at a later date at the Evergreen Cemetery in Odem, Texas. Ruby was born on May 26, 1923 to Lee A. and Jessie Mae Green Mynier. She is preceded in death by her parents, several brothers and sisters, her husbands, Jabe Crowell and Orville N. Maxwell, Sr., her daughter, Carolyn Maxwell Weatherley and her son Orville N. Maxwell, Jr. Survivors include her daughter, Nancy McCoy; son, Timothy Shawn Maxwell; sister, Louise Duckworth; 6 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice.
