Samuel (Blue) Lopez, Jr., age 21 of Seguin, went to our heavenly father on July 3, 2014. Visitation will begin on Tuesday, July 8, 2014 at Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel at 5 p.m. followed by the recitation of the rosary at 7 p.m. with Deacon Nick Carrillo officiating. A procession will depart Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel on Wednesday, July 9, 2014 at 9:30 a.m. for the mass of Christian burial at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Interment will follow in Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Cemetery. Sammy was born on July 19, 1992 in Seguin Texas to Samuel Lopez, Sr. and Annette Leal Martinez. His sister Ashli Nicole Lopez and his great grandfather, Rudy Valdez, Sr. preceded him in death. Survivors include his mother, Annette Martinez and step-father Michael Martinez and his brothers and sister, M.J., Mason and Meghan Martinez; father, Samuel Lopez and step-mother Becky Solis and brother, Victor Lopez and sister Mya Lopez and step-brother, Johnny Liscano, Jr. and step-sister, Alex Liscano; grandparents, Victor and Flora Lopez and Marcelino and Velia Leal; numerous uncles, aunts, cousins and many loving friends. Serving as pallbearers will be Samuel Lopez, Sr., Victor Lopez, Johnny Liscano, Jr., M.J. Martinez, Mason Martinez, Marcelino Leal, Jr., Jordan Leal, and Alonzo Salazar.
