Sherralyn "Cookie" Puckett, age 69 of Seguin, passed away on November 19, 2015. She was born December 27, 1945 in Postville, Iowa to Harlan and Bernice (Hulbert) Kuhse. Sherralyn is survived by her loving husband of 43 years Chub Puckett; her children, Timothy Charles Puckett, Tina Jo Mata, David Paul Puckett and wife Kami, Terry Richard Puckett and wife Jill, Daniel H. Puckett and wife Cynthia, Jeffrey Allen Puckett and wife Wendy, and Monica Puckett and boyfriend Randy Valdez; grandchildren, Elise Mata, Larra Mata, Buddy Puckett and fiancé Devin Jackson, Joni Thompson, Taylor Puckett, Kaci Puckett, Colten Puckett, and Amanda Puckett; great-grandsons, Xavier Mata and Gideon Mata; numerous siblings, and many other loving family members and friends. The family would like to thank the staff, nurses and physicians of Guadalupe Valley Nursing Center for their loving and professional care of "Cookie". We all loved "Cookie" and she will be truly missed. Private services will be held at a later date.
