Stephen J. Visosky, age 84 of Marion, passed away on February 4, 2017. Stephen was born on December 25, 1932 in Erie Pennsylvania to Theodore and Julia (Cook) Visosky. He proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. Stephen worked for 29 years at Bethlehem Steel 13 Inch Barmill in Lackawanna New York. He loved hunting, dancing, hiking and traveling with his wife. He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Ted and Joseph Visosky, and son-in-law, Michael Connor. Survivors include his wife Jo Ann Ulrich Visosky; daughter, Aloise Ann Visosky, Julia Visosky Connor, and Michele Visosky Fellinger and husband Jamie; son, John S. Visosky and wife Jodi; step-daughter, Genevieve Nealis and husband, and; step-son, Greg M. Ruttenbur; sister, Evelyn Lorence; sister-in-law, Christine Visosky; one granddaughter; one great-granddaughter; five step-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family members and friends. Private services will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice.
