Steven Wayne "Stevie" Carter, Jr., age 23 of Seguin passed away on August 22, 2012. Visitation will be held on Friday, August 24, 2012 from 5 to 8 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, August 25, 2012 at 10 a.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel with Rev. Jeremy Roy officiating. Interment will follow in Guadalupe Valley Memorial Park. A reception will follow at the Geronimo VFW Hall in Geronimo. Stevie was born on August 13, 1989 in Seguin, Texas to Steven Wayne Carter, Sr. and Myra "Kookie" Schulz Davis. He was a 2008 graduate of Seguin High School, 2009 graduate of NASCAR Tech in North Carolina and a 2010 graduate of UTI Volvo in Arizona. He was employed with Texas Power Systems/Caterpillar in Seguin. Stevie is preceded in death by his father, his brother, Chucky Bittner, his grandparents, Herman "Tex" and Margaret Schulz, and Jim and Marie Carter, his uncle Cowboy Schulz and his aunt Ann May. Survivors include his loving mother, Kookie Schulz Davis; brothers, Bryan Bittner and wife Kristen, and Ronnie Carter; sisters, Amber Bohannon and Jenny Carter; nephew, Bryan Bittner, Jr.; niece, Shiloh Bittner; numerous other loving family members and many friends. Serving as pallbearers will be Clay Schulz, Justin Schulz, Dustin Keenzel, Josh Keenzel, Easy Rocha and Alex Guillen. Honorary pallbearers will be Team Crow and Friends. Stevie loved anything on wheels, he loved his family, he loved his friends, he loved life and he will be missed.
