Ted Wolber, age 61 of Seguin, passed away on June 12, 2013. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 15, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. at Faith Lutheran Church with Rev. Dr. Paul M. Cross officiating. Interment will follow in San Geronimo Cemetery. Ted was born on December 3, 1951 in Brenham, Texas to Arthur and Ruby Carlson Wolber. He graduated from Blanco High School in 1969 and graduated from Texas Lutheran College (Texas Lutheran University) in 1976. He began his career at Texas Lutheran University where he was currently the Assistant Director of RSVP. He was an active member of Faith Lutheran Church, an active member of the Evening Lions Club and currently and active member of the Seguin Noon Lions Club. Ted enjoyed hunting, fishing and playing his guitar. His parents precede him in death. Survivors include his wife, Janet Wolber; sons, Nathan Wolber and wife Jennifer and Kenneth Wolber and fiancé Heather Conder; granddaughter, Sophie Wolber; sisters, Nelda DiRezza and husband Jim, Dorothy Schneider and husband Russell, Margaret Wilcox and husband Dana and Esther Wolber; numerous other loving family members. Serving as pallbearers will be Jim Lange, Sam Stroubl, Richard Faulkner, Glenn Meeker, Ron Heinemeyer, Bubba Martin, Mike Wilson and Benny Kaulfus.
