Terrence Richard "Terry" Koontz, age 50 of Seguin, passed away on August 13, 2021.  Terrence was born on November 17, 1970 Rapid City, South Dakota to Linda Marie (Brookens) and Richard Gordon Koontz.  His father precedes him in death.

He is survived by his mother Linda Koontz; sisters, Wendi Beatty and Cathi Paine and husband Jacob; nieces and nephews, Kelsey Ross and husband Gary, Christian Beatty, Brayden Paine and Sara Paine; great-nephew, Gary Ross IV; great-nieces, Elizabeth Ross and Emma Ross; several aunts, uncles, numerous cousins, other loving family members and friends.

Private family graveside services will be held at San Geronimo Cemetery in Seguin, Texas at a later date with Bishop Tim Bird officiating.
