Theatious Miller, age 90 of Seguin, passed away on March 2, 2008. Visitation will be Tuesday, March 4, 2008 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. with the family receiving friends from 5 to 7 p.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary. Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, March 5, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. at Faith Lutheran Church with Pastor William Lange and Pastor Tim Bauerkemper officiating. A reception will follow immediately after the service in the Faith Activity Center. Graveside services and interment will be held on Thursday, March 6, 2008 at 9:00 a.m.at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery. Theatious was born on May 18, 1917 in Bertram, Texas to John Charles and Josie Mae Erwin Johnson. A resident of Seguin since 1980, Theatious was a RSVP Volunteer and was active in the American Legion Post #245 Auxiliary. She is preceded in death by her husband William B. "Buster" Miller, her parents, brothers, J.C., Alton, Yates and Ozias Johnson and sisters Johnnie Neal Hart, Oma Willis, Ona Glimp and Vera Mae Mosbey. Survivors include her daughter Linda Dietz and husband Harry, Sr.; grandson, Harry Gene Dietz, Jr.; great-grandsons, Joey Dietz and Dax Dietz and their mother Jennifer Dietz; sister, Ruby Rawls of San Antonio; numerous nieces and nephews.
