Tommy Barton Jordan, age 77 of Seguin, passed away on October 18, 2015. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 21, 2015 at 3 p.m. at Emanuel's Lutheran Church with Rev. Paul J. Zwarich officiating. Interment will follow in Guadalupe Valley Memorial Park. Tommy was born on February 28, 1938 in Mason Texas to William Fritz and Martha Francis (Eakle) Jordan. He graduated from Mason High School in 1952 and from Southwestern University in 1961. Tommy dedicated 39 years of Civil Service to the United States Government, ending his distinguished career as the last serving Senior Executive Service Leader at Kelley Air Force Base with the base closure in 2001. He is preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his loving wife of 41 years, Geraldine Leissner Jordan; daughters, Stephanie Robbins and husband Steven, and Christina Houser and husband Ty; grandchildren, Sarah and Samuel Robbins, Gwyneth and William Tallier, and Matthew, Abigail and Chris Houser; brother, William Dale Jordan and wife Julie; sister, Jill Brady; numerous nieces, nephews, many cousins and many friends. Serving as pallbearers will be his nieces and nephews, Debra Chernosky, Douglas Jordan, Edward Brady, Christopher Brady, David Brady, Joshua Brady and Lindsey Johnson.
