Urbano Rodriguez, Jr., age 83 of Seguin, passed away on June 16, 2017. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel beginning at 5:00 p.m. followed by a prayer service at 7 p.m. with Chaplain Martha Fleming officiating. A procession will depart Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel on Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. for Graveside Services and interment at 10 a.m. at San Geronimo Cemetery with Chaplain Larry Davis officiating. Urbano was born on September 9, 1933 in Seguin Texas to Urbano Sr. and Maria (Saenz) Rodriguez. He is preceded in death by his sons, Hector Rodriguez and Robert Rodriguez and his daughters Norma Rodriguez and Sylvia Rodriguez, his parents and numerous brothers and sisters. Survivors include his loving wife of 64 years, Isabel Rodriguez; daughters, Rosanna Arriaga (Arcadio), Mary Jane Medina (Isidro), and Abigail Rodriguez (James); sons, Ray Rodriguez, Sr. (Carol), Ruben Rodriguez, and Hector Rodriguez, Sr.; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren. Urbano loved spending time with his family and fishing. He was a perfect example of a wonderful Father to us all. He will be deeply missed!
