Vivian Lea "Vickie" Johnson Caddell, age 83 of Seguin, passed away on November 1, 2024.  Vickie was born on September 27, 1941, in Victoria, Texas, to Hazel Henry (Martin) and Russell Wilburn Johnson.  Vickie will be remembered as a long-time employee of Pape Pecan House in Seguin.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband Vernon Ray (Nunnie) Caddell, her parents, her grandsons, Reylon Rockett and Michael Meitzler and her sisters, Mary Ireton and husband Charles and Tuggie Lucille Williams.

Survivors include her sons, Russell Caddell and wife Susan, Ronald Ray Caddell and wife Dawn, Wesley Lind Caddell, Derrick Jackson Caddell and wife Judi; daughter, Sherry Caddell Rockett and husband Gordon; step-daughter, Mary (Bunny) Warden; grandchildren, Jessica Blackman (Grant), Shay Caddell, Kalli Stephens (Hunter), Holden Caddell (fiancé Stephanie), Travis Caddell (Shelbie), Shelby Muller (Chris), Justin Caddell (Jamie), Maggie Caddell (Sean), Travis Price (Jessica), Lane Rockett (Amy), and Haylea Bohannon (Austin), Michael Saldana, Sandy Taylor, Randy Gierisch; numerous great-grandchildren; sister, Lydia Allen; numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family members and a host of friends.

Visitation will be held on Monday, November 4, 2024, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary.  Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, at 10 a.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel with the Reverend Robert K. Odom officiating.  Interment will follow in San Geronimo Cemetery.

Serving as honorary pallbearers will be her granddaughters. Her grandsons will serve as active pallbearers.
