Vivian Louise "Lou" Whitecotton Buckley, age 95 of Seguin, passed away on May 13, 2022.  Vivian was born on November 7, 1926 in Enid, Oklahoma to Lilly May (Green) and Marle Dewey Whitecotton. Lou had a wonderful relationship with her heavenly father and was devoted to her family.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 69 years, Harlan Earl Buckley, her sister, Eloise Jones, and her brothers, Arlis Whitecotton and Raymond Whitecotton.

Survivors include her children, Linda Thompson and husband Kenneth, Harlan Buckley and wife Glenda, and Barbara Buckley; grandchildren, Kenda Grosenbacher and husband Garet, Kimberly Redfern and husband Hall, Jason Thompson and wife Esther, Shannon Garrison, Chris Nolan and wife Robyn, Cindy Rashott and husband Jeremy, and Rachel Hale and husband Chris; fifteen great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family members and friends.

Visitation will begin on Friday, May 20, 2022 at Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel at 10 a.m. followed by funeral services at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Trenton Buckley Cleveland officiating.  Interment will follow in Dugger Cemetery.
