Warnero Devoron Young, age 45 of Seguin, Texas, joined our Lord and Savior on Thursday, February 1, 2024. Warnero was born on February 24, 1978, in Humboldt, Tennessee to Warner Donald Turner and Anita Sharon Young.
Warnero was a 1999 graduate of Seguin High School, after graduation, he proudly served in the United States Army where he was a talented Automated Logistical Specialist. After serving in the military Warnero went on to further his education, receiving his Associate's Degree at DeVry University. Before his passing, he was diligently working on his Bachelor's Degree.
There are so many perfect characteristics that made Warnero who he was. He was a loving son, brother, and father, a joker, and a humble man. Quick to listen and hard to anger, he was just the kind of person you wanted in your corner. Warnero enjoyed all life had to offer. He enjoyed attending comic and anime conventions and was an avid gamer and sports fan. His favorite teams were the 49ers, White Sox, LA Lakers and University of Alabama - Roll Tide. In his downtime, he loved to cook and take walks and runs. He will be truly missed by all who knew him.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, James and Madie (Cain) Smith, Robert Young, Alberta Turner, and Jessie Turner.
Survivors include his parents, Anita Young and Warner Turner (Nettie); children, Jo'Shawn Marcum and fiancé Keyanna, and Kloe Bentley-Young; siblings, Lamont Johnson, Canetra Maria Young, Sandy Young-Roberts (Edward), Tony Sherrod, Jr., Elizabeth "Liz" Young-Sherrod, Tamir Young Jordan (Casey), Warner Turner (Tara Thompson), William Brian Turner (Tammy) and Sherri Anthony (Lamont); as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other loving family members, and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 12, 2024, from 4-7 p.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, at 10 a.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary with Chaplin Emanuel Carpenter officiating. Pallbearers will be Tamir Young, Jordan Tony Sherrod Jr., Jermes Young, Edward Roberts, Zach Grant, Donovan Roberts and Michael Cade Bentley-Escobedo.

Graveside services and interment with military honors will be Wednesday, February 14, 2024, at 10:15 a.m. at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio, Texas.
Serving as pallbearers will be Tamir Young Jordan, Tony Sherrod Jr., Jermes Young, Edward Roberts, Zach Grant, Donovan Roberts, and Michael Cade Bentley-Escovebo.
Memorial contributions may be made to St Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
