William David (B. R.) Ragland, Sr. age 68 of Kingsbury, passed away on September 19, 2009. B.R. was born on April 10, 1941in Hereford, Texas. A memorial service celebrating B.R.'s life will be held on Friday, September 25, 2009 from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Railway Saloon in Kingsbury. Private interment will be held at a later date. He is preceded in death by his parents, Jim and Pearl Tucker, sister, Marie Kimbro and brother, Jimmy Tucker. Survivors include his son, William David (Bill) Ragland, Jr. and wife, Lora; daughters, Jackie Steelman and husband, Ronnie and Karen Welty and husband, Butch; 7 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; sisters, Donna Bennett and husband, J. R. and Sherry Sharp and husband, Tony; brother, Winfred Tucker; uncle, J. W. Tucker; numerous nieces and nephews. He will be missed by his family and friends. Memorial contributions may be made in B.
