William Charles "Bill" Collins, age 82 of Seguin, passed away on January 20, 2015. Visitation will be held on Friday, January 23, 2015 at Tres Hewell Mortuary from 5 to 7 p.m. Recitation of the rosary will be held Saturday, January 24, 2015 at 9:30 a.m. at St. James Catholic Church followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at St. James Catholic Church with Rev. Msgr. Dennis Darilek officiating. Entombment will follow in the St. James Catholic Cemetery Mausoleum. Bill was born on July 2, 1932 in Plainfield New Jersey to William Charles and Mary Margaret (Hart) Collins. He is preceded in death by his parents and his sister Anna Watt. Survivors include his loving wife of 55 years, Maria C. Collins; son, William C. Collins and wife Theresa; daughters, Maria "Ali" Gibson and husband Stan, and Maria "Terri" Collins; grandchildren, Joe Myatt and wife Lisa, Justin Myatt, Kyle Collins, and Elisa Collins; great-grandchildren, Ethan and Jackson Myatt; brother, Thomas Collins and wife Dorothy, and sister, Joan Eisenbiel and husband Frank; brother-in-law, Leonard Watt; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
