One of God's children, William Fritz Braune, age 96 of the Zorn Community, was called home to be with the Lord on November 8, 2016. Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 13, 2016 at Tres Hewell Mortuary from 5 to 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 14, 2016 at 2 p.m. at Friedens Church with Pastors Sonja and Dave Phillips officiating. Interment will follow in Lone Oak Cemetery. William was born on April 14, 1920 in the Zorn Community to Fritz and Martha (Krackau) Braune. He married Margaret Alice Reinhard on June 28, 1941 in the Redeemer Church in Zuehl. He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 63 years, his parents, and his sister, Norma Schievelbein and his brother Egon Braune. He will be dearly missed by his children and family, Irene Bierstedt and husband George, Floyd Braune and wife Jamie, Janet Magin and husband Howard, and Lillian Cargil and husband Ken; grandchildren, Larene Simmons and husband Garry, Joy Schulze, Laura Ramirez and husband Troy, Carol Muenich and husband Leroy, Jeffrey Braune and wife Julie, Allison Magin, Jason Magin , Charlotte Trapp and husband Doug, and Jeremy Cargil and wife LaShelle; great-grandchildren, Alex Simmons and wife Sarah, Chelsy Simmons, Hanna Simmons, Jennifer Lewis, Jonathan Davis, Joel Ramirez, Jeana Esparza and husband Efren, Jalynn Hubble and husband Jacob, Rayanne Muenich, Jaycie, Janae, Justin and Jacob Braune, Colten Magin, Garrett, Tanner, and Peyton Trapp, Greyson and Logan Cargil; great-great grandchildren, Tylor, Bayliegh, James, Kayla and Braydon; sister-in-law, Margie Reinhard; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
