William L. McKee, Jr., age 80 of Seguin, passed away on December 16, 2014. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at Tres Hewell Mortuary from 5 to 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 18, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Newman officiating. Interment will follow in the Caraway Cemetery near Nixon. William was born in Bexar County on April 1, 1934 to William, Sr. and Mamie Zalmer (Shaver) McKee. He is preceded in death by his parents and his sisters, Louise Johnson, Clara Govett, Elsie Gardner, Patsy McKee and brother Sam McKee. Survivors include his companion, Lucille Caldwell; brother, Allen McKee and wife Marilyn; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other loving family members and friends.
