William R. "Bill" Klepper, age 84 of Seguin, passed away on June 12, 2018. A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 22, 2018 at 10 a.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel with Rev. Msgr. Dennis Darilek officiating. Private interment will follow Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery at a later date. Bill was born on January 10, 1934 in Great Bend, Kansas to Nick J. and Mary Alice (Strobl) Klepper. Bill proudly served his country in the United States Navy during the Korean Conflict. He is preceded in death by his parents and his brothers, Kenneth Klepper and Mike Strobl. Survivors include his loving wife of 39 years, Avanell "Charlie" Klepper; sons, William Klepper and wife Janice and Rick Klepper and wife Cindi; grandchildren, Katie Klepper, Nick Klepper and wife Linda, Kelly Warren and husband Blake, Derrick Klepper, Laurel Klepper, and Alex Klepper; great-granddaughter, Ansley Warren; sister-in-law, Jeanie Stroble; numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family members and friends.
