William "Willie" Skaggs, age 60 of Seguin, passed away on January 8, 2024.  Willie was born on November 9, 1963 in San Saba, Texas to Nelda (Rodgers) and George Skaggs.

Willie is preceded in death by his wife Connie Skaggs and his parents.

Survivors include his daughters, Tiffany Skaggs and Samantha Skaggs; grandchildren, Skyler Rizley, Layla Haddock, and Jaylin Smithey; great-grandson, Emilio Smithey; brothers, Jim Skaggs and Roger Skaggs; sisters, Dawn Florida and Kristy Hill;

Private services will be held at a later date.
