William S. "Willie" Dulin, age 58 of Kingsbury, passed away on January 6, 2018. Willie was born on February 14, 1959 in San Antonio Texas to James Robert and Lela Merle (Peabody) Dulin. He is preceded in death by his wife, Debra Dulin and his parents. Survivors include his son, Richard Dulin; daughters, Victoria Natal and husband Aaron, and Jacqualynn Renee Bargsley; grandchildren, Camden Natal, Aerilynn Natal, and Kael Lane Raute; brother, Robert Dulin and wife Dale; several nieces, nephews, other loving family members and friends.
