Yasuko K. Dupuy, age 89 of Seguin, formerly of Las Vegas, Nevada, passed away on May 7, 2014. Yasuko was born in Japan on November 4, 1924 to Masao and Hisao (Kosikazu) Koorogi. In 1955 Yashuko married Burnell P. "Burnie" Dupuy, who passed away on January 13, 2014 in Las Vegas Nevada. Survivors include her sister-in-law, (Burnie's sister), Eugenie D. Madden of San Antonio; niece, Monica M. Wallace of Seguin; nephew, Donald R. Madden and wife Joyce of LaVernia; several great nieces and great nephews and other loving family members. Graveside services and interment for Yasuko and Burnie (with military honors for his service both in the United States Army and United States Air Force during the Korean Conflict) will be held on Monday, May 19, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery. Memorial contributions in their honor may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Memphis Tennessee, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
